Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your items, please email steeledealsllc@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line and in the body describe what the issue(s) are so that we may try to resolve it.
